Rental Terms:
- All items subject to prior rental.
- Must have forklift on site for loading/unloading of most equipment, please confirm before delivery.
- All prices are based on single-shift (Double shift: price x 1.5, Triple shift: price x 2).
- Renters with a PM Service Agreement with Northwest Compressor or those who rent more than 2 full months in a year will receive a 20% discount on the rental rate.
- Additional freight charges may apply for large rental equipment.
- Installation services are not included, but available and charged based on time and material; standard labor rates apply.
- If equipment remains on site for more than 7 weeks, preventative maintenance charges may apply.
- A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be applied if equipment is returned dirty.
- A fee of $750 plus mileage and travel will be applied if diesel equipment is run out of fuel.
